Why Self Exclude with EASE?
Self-exclusion is an industry-operated program for people who want to ban themselves from playing electronic gaming machines (the pokies).
Community Clubs Victoria (CCV) provide a self exclusion program that covers clubs and hotels with pokies in Victoria.
When you join the self exclusion, you agree you will not enter the restricted gaming area of the clubs or hotels that you have nominated.
The nominated venues are listed in a signed self-exclusion application that authorises venue management to take reasonable steps to remove you from the gaming area of the venues.
Why Self Exclude with EASE?
Step 1

Please read all the documentation carefully.
Step 2
Complete the application form by selecting the venues you wish to self exclude from and filling in your personal details.
Step 3
You will need to supply (2) passport size photographs – one front on and the other a profile (in a digital jpeg file).
Step 4
For identification purposes you will need to also supply a Photo or Photocopy of your Identification.
