CCV has made big changes to dramatically improve the way Self-Exclusion works to assist the club community. The new program EASE (Easy Access Self Exclusion) –which replaces the current SEP2 process– offers easy access, ease of use and overcomes the delays for those seeking self-exclusion. It does this by allowing club managers, gaming managers and GH service providers who may wish to do so, to easily produce a Deed of Self Exclusion at a patron’s request.
With many people seeking to learn more about the new EASE program launching across the state, we are holding learning sessions for you to attend in an area close to you.
The Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation (VRGF) are also taking advantage of these sessions with many of their counsellors joining at various locations.
For those who are interested in this easy 1.5hr learning session for Club Managers, Gaming Managers, senior staff and GH Service Providers, please sign up to one of the following FREE sessions near you. For any further information, please contact the Self Exclusion office on 8851 4949.
